I was stoked for this as well, but I agreed with you completely! When you’re fully loaded up in the back, how do you access this?

Theyre going to have to re rout it to the outside facing side. Maybe in a couple of years for the 6th gen refresh they'll relocate it??

I doubt the dealers would install something like this. Someone will probably make an aftermarket kit though for this spot. Once the aftermarket gets ahold of TrailHunters and starts to pull it apart, they will understand how to fit a similar, likely better, onboard air system in this location. Just need to wait until people start getting their hands on these things.

Sounds cool, but you still have to run a hose to inflate a tire, right? IMO, not worth the money when there are so many great portable inflators out there that you can pack away wherever you want.

Yup you still have to hook up a hose, although I’m sure you can run something similar to the “wifey system” and have pre ran hoses fitted to the wheel wells

It would be a nice accessory to choose if you’re ordering a 4Runner from the factory, but I stand it comes with the one trim.

Agree, I wish they offered it as an option with the Off Road package. Can't wait to see the options the aftermarket will come up with though, exciting times!

Man that would be sweet. I'll bet ARB will make an aftermarket kit. I love how clean the OEM set up looks. The only issue is that it won't be very accessible if your cargo area is full of camping gear.
