Whistle/Humming sound after air dam removal?

Has anyone experienced this? I took off my front air dam and now I have this humming/whistle noise coming from my 4Runner a speeds of 60-70mph. I tried to cover the holes on the lower control arms since that has worked for the 4th Gen Tacoma guys and no luck. Has anyone experienced this or have any other tips? I don't want to have to put that big air dam/ snow plow back on if I can't figure it out.

FWIW, I’ve been asking around since I also want to remove the air dam, and it seems like everyone I ask, they don’t hear anything. Might be worth looking into other causes.

I took mine off, and put the screws back in, i don't hear anything.. not sure if that even did the trick but just sharing my experience!

There's a common issue with the Tacomas, for sure, on the lower control arms, but not too many complaints on the 4Runner side.
