This feature is absolutely ICONIC to the Toyota 4Runner’s DNA. When Toyota shared with us that the new 6th Gen 4Runner would keep the rear roll down window, myself and my pups where very ecstatic.
My current 5th Gen 4R is the dog mobile. Everytime we take the pups somewhere, it’s typically in the 4Runner with the windows down. It is honestly a feature that would have been a deal breaker for me if Toyota decided to omit.
