Gulf States Toyota is reportedly the only region delaying the distribution of the 2025 Toyota 4Runner, according to a salesperson at Freeman Toyota who contacted me. Dealerships in other regions are still receiving units, but customers in Texas and nearby states may face longer wait times of at least a month. No official statement has been released explaining the delay. Anyone know why?

Are you saying that they arent getting the allocations or they're just holding off on the sales of the current 2025 inventory?

They have allocations! They are being held at the port. I’m assuming it’s because they have a part shortage on their PIO’s, and if that’s the case seems very shady to me!

hmmmm, not sure. I have been in contact with a Gulf States individual and everything seems fine. I can ask to double check.

An update from the dealer. The hold is until March so that apparently all GST Toyotas receive vehicles on the same day.

Any more updates to this? I put down a deposit in the DFW area last week so just trying to get an idea of what I should be expecting.
