Has anyone actually bought a 2025 yet? Maybe they should just call it a 2026!

Despite a few reported sightings of demonstration models and dealers possibly beginning to get very limited allocations., has anyone actually been able to buy a 2025 4Runner yet? I spoke with a good friend today who is the GM at a local Toyo dealership. He said they've been allocated just a couple of vehicles, but don't expect to see them before February at best. He doesn't really expect to see a TRD Pro until springtime, maybe April. In my opinion, Toyota really hasn't been very transparent about why they are so slow to deliver a 2025 model that should've been out last summer. May was well call it a 2026 now!

Maybe I'm just old school. but I've always thought that buying a vehicle meant actually driving it off the lot and taking it home. I guess I should rephrase my question. Has anyone actually taken delivery of a 2025 4Runner yet?

I put a deposit down back in November. Dealership here in WA just got me my allocation and said early to mid March for my TRD Off-road in Icecap.

Looks like someone from the 4runnerg6 forum just took delivery over the weekend of theirs.
