I would second OnX application. It's really helpful in finding available trails near you. Where are you located?

I live in Northampton County, PA. I did go check out the OnX website and based on what I could see there doesn't appear to be anything available in terms of "official" trails? But this is coming from someone who is completely new to this aspect of outdoor recreation.

You can try looking at https://www.alltrails.com/ You can put in off road driving for activity and maybe something close to you will show up.
