2025 4Runner Lo Pro Front Bumpers Thread

Drafting up this post as a guide/resource for new low-profile bumpers as they become available.

A low profile bumper replaces the center portion/ lower valance of the front bumper.

Low pro bumpers are very OEM+ while allowing for you to add accessories like aux lights, winches, and recovery points. These style of bumpers are also significantly lighter in weight when compared to a full front bumper replacement.

I'm curious whether the C4 Fabrication Lo Pro bumper for the 4th Gen Tacoma will fit on the 6th Gen 4Runner. Anyone know?

I've been in contact with C4 Fabrication and it doesn't sound like this is on their roadmap yet. They said,

"Thank you for reaching out, unfortunately the Lo Pro bumper for 6th Gen 4Runner is not one of the products we are focused on at the moment and so we also don't have availability/pre-order set up at the moment, but I have added your inquiry to our internal request log as we value your interest and requests like these are helpful for our team to determine what to work on next."

I just watched the C4 install video on the Tacoma. I have their low pro and high clearance kit on my 5th gen 4R. Much easier install on the Tacoma. The one thing I pulled away with is how much wider the Toyota crash bumper is now. By going low pro only you lose all protection past the C4 bumper. That said I would highly recommend getting the high clearance add on kit when it comes out. Likely a washer reservoir protector will be needed as well.

I just recieved my CBI Super Stock Covert Front Bumper yesterday and have an appoinment to have it installed at their Riveside location next week. It is very similar to the C4 one and was less than $725 shipped. There was a 5 week lead time. This is what it looks like. When mine is installed I will post it.

A c4 lo pro bumper would be sick! I did see Rago made a rear bumper that honestly is suuuuper dope and might pick that one up eventually but wasn't the biggest fan of their front one but it doesn't look terrible. Might look better in person though to me!

I just recieved my CBI Super Stock Covert Front Bumper yesterday and have an appoinment to have it installed at their Riveside location next week. It is very similar to the C4 one and was less than $725 shipped. There was a 5 week lead time. This is what it looks like. When mine is installed I will post it.

I am in Simi Valley, are you anywhere nearby to facilitate a meet to look at the D rings? Also, I have a Carista EVO scanner on order with a year subscription if you or anyone are interested in using it to mod your options like seat belt chimes. No charge.

Yes, I just installed it this last week. I'm in Southern Cali an hour ans a half south of San Diego. I will be in San Diego in next week. If you send me the measurements of the tow bar I can check for you.

I’ll check in the morning. I had CBI install it in Riverside with the off road lights. The charged me 5 hours of work $650 but they are refunding me $120 because they finished in 4 hours.

Nope. All my front sensors work perfectly fine.

If you do have CBI install it go to there website and submit the install request through there and they will reach out to you with a quote.
