First Look At 3rd Row Seats!

In Toyota's press conference reveal video, at about the 6:06 min mark, they show us a rendering of what 3rd row seating will look like in the new 4Runner. I screenshot the video to share the stills with you all. This makes sense as to why the middle seats will tumble forward. I wish we got a look at what the seats will look like when folded down. It kinda looks like how the new Lexus GX550 seats fold.

Looks like similar spacing to the 3rd row in the 5th gen. I've got a 3rd row in mine and never use it as my 6 year old is even uncomfortable back there.

I tried hopping in mine (5th gen) once and it was tight... could not sit facing forward as it was too small.

Agreed! Definitely for very small people or a quick toss-back spot for luggage/gear.
