While installing the Dissent high clearance front bumper, I decided to relocate my windshield washer reservoir. Dissent had a spare reservoir lying around, so we made it work. The factory washer reservoir hangs down very low, and with a high clearance bumper, is exposed to not only the rocks/damage, but is also extremely distracting visually, hanging under the bumper.

Start by draining the washer fluid out by removing the pump. Disconnect the pump connector harness, the fill sensor harness, and all the lines.

The factory washer reservoir housing can be removed via three (3) 10mm bolts. Two are easy to reach, and the third is behind the washer reservoir. Once the front two are removed, you have to swivel the washer reservoir down, and the third can be reached with a long extension.

Once the reservoir has been removed and all the lines/harnesses have been disconnected, you can fit the new washer reservoir.

To fit the OEM pump into the new washer housing, you may need to take a heat gun to the washer housing and mold the pump into the plastic.
