I was looking into doing a TRD PRO / Trailhunter viper cut swap so I got a quote direct from Toyota. It's pretty expensive. lol..

TRD PRO / Trailhunter uses a different set of front bumper side covers and wheel opening moldings that give the truck a noticeably better approach profile compared to the standard models. If you are looking to retrofit the Trailhunter or TRD Pro front end onto a TRD OR or Sport, here is the complete breakdown from a Toyota estimate.

I think an aftermarket bumper makes a little more sense at this cost but here is the breakdown for anyone interested.

Front Bumper Side Covers

  • Right Side Cover with front park aid
    Part Number: 5211235912
    Price: 190.29
  • Left Side Cover with front park aid
    Part Number: 5211335912
    Price: 190.29

Front Fender Moldings

  • Right Wheel Opening Molding
    Part Number: 7508535100
    Price: 541.92
  • Left Wheel Opening Molding
    Part Number: 7508635100
    Price: 541.92

Fender Liners

  • Right Fender Liner (TRD Pro, Trailhunter)
    Part Number: 5387535180
    Price: 146.71
  • Left Fender Liner (TRD Pro, Trailhunter)
    Part Number: 5387635140
    Price: 139.84

Rear Door Flare Extensions

  • Right Flare Extension (TRD Package)
    Part Number: 7574335900
    Price: 118.41
  • Left Flare Extension (TRD Package)
    Part Number: 7574435900
    Price: 118.41

Quarter Panel Flares (TRD Pro, non hybrid

  • Right Quarter Panel Flare
    Part Number: 7560535170
    Price: 389.32
  • Left Quarter Panel Flare
    Part Number: 7560635170
    Price: 389.32

Total Cost

2,766.43

This is the complete list of OEM parts for the factory higher clearance bumper. If you are looking to swap the Trailhunter or TRD Pro front end onto another trim, these are the exact components Toyota uses.

@Max94 for sure. For around $3000, you can change the entire front-end with a full-width bumper, a winch, and some lights.
