Lightest Weight Drawer System?

I’ve been messaging with Wes from SHW, and they have two types of platforms for the 4Runner…one, a basic platform with two drawers of equal size, no drawer slides…and the other a more comprehensive platform with two drawers on slides, and a tilting fridge slide. Both are affordable in relation to other platforms, and are made of the lightest weight plywood available. Worth a look. Full seat delete platform is in the works. At the moment only available for the 5th Gen, but the 6th is in the works…

They’re based in Kentucky, and they are making pretty cool storage designs for trucks & SUV’s. Even some for the interior of canopy campers (like Alu Cab, Super Pacific, etc.).

Right? And the layout for the canopy style campers…man. Those are crazy.

Also, response time with these guys is lightning fast. Wes is the founder, and he got back to me each time before I could finish a sandwich.

The weight for the 5th Gen ultralight platform was around 120 if I remember right. Maybe less.

Sounds interesting, do they have an instagram page? I currently have a Goose Gear, with 2 drawers and love it. Sounds very lightweight especially when compared to a lot of those new ones that use plywood.
