So I have the ORP and pre-ordered Wescott's Modular Roof Rack about a month ago. There is a good handful of things I am considering mounting on the rack, but unsure how to cleanly accommodate the mass of wires it's likely to generate.

Things getting installed on rack
  1. Front light bar
  2. left lights, right lights, and rear lights (would like independently switched)
  3. Starlink
  4. Solar Panel - maybe...
  5. Dual band VHF/UHF Anteanna (RG59)
  6. Other misc stuff not requiring power.
So, I've seen for a single power run it can get tucked along the windshield with minimal visibility, but with this many wires how should I accomplish this? I am not opposed to drilling, but I want to make sure it will last and not leak/cause issues down the line.

Any advice is helpful.

I bought their low profile roof rack and molle pannel. both excellent quality. i have no wiring plans, but did have other questions and the guys at Wescott were very responsive. just call them or text them with your questions. they also have a ton of install videos they can probably direct you to.

I usually run two sets of wires down the windshield for big cable runs. One of the drivers side and one on the passenger side.

I use KC wire hiders. They're big enough for one 4 gauge wire or 2-3 12 gauge wires. I would assume that 2-3 12 gauge wires on each side of the windshield would be plenty to support what you're trying to accomplish without drilling.
