Installed this compressor finally! Picked up the Slee offroad compressor bracket that is actually for the 4th gen tacoma and it fits perfectly! You will need to have hood struts for now cause the relocation bracket for the hood prop does not work for the 4runner yet. Super happy with it and it was pretty easy to install but youll need a few extra parts to make it work and I picked up some extra things to make it look as good as possible with wiring.

Hell yeah, I'm curious to see how the brushless stacks up against the OG compressor. I've been wanting to get one of those to do a heads-up comparison. They quote 50% more output. That's an impressive difference when compared to an already impressive unit.

Looks like a clean install too.

Are you using the ARB-provided switch or did you run it to another switch unit?

Yea i wanna test it out have not had time but I need the other version too to really test it out. I actually bought like an OEM switch that fits in the square slots inside but found this mount that had a switch port inside which I had on my other 4runner and tacoma and like it better inside to be honest so I just used the one that came with it!
