Hi Guys
I would appreciate your input here before I open up a can of worms for Toyota.
Last year I bought what I thought was a new 4Runner Gen 6, love the car.
I recently noticed something that I did not before.
When I start my car it shows a millage of around 8000 miles, and then drops to 5000 miles a second later.
This feels like they reset the odometer, but did not think to reset some core setting they do not have access to at the dealership.
What would the best way to deal with this. I am happy to take this up with the dealership, but at the same time am concerned at what I am experiencing.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
I now know why I never experienced the reverse break squeal...
