What mods from the TRD Surf would you put on your future 6th-gen 4Runner?

Let's be real - I don't think Toyota will ever bring the TRD Surf into production, but what elements from that truck would you like to modify for your future 4Runner? 37s? Interior trim? The TRD skid plate?
