Yes with turbo engines, you should always let the truck warm up a couple minutes before driving, go easy on it for the first couple minutes of driving, and also let the engine run for 60-90 seconds after parking before turning it off. This ensures if the turbo is spooling when you stop, it has enough time to stop spilling before you cut the engine off, which immediately drops the oil pressure to zero, and prevents the turbo from spinning "dry".
I'm also actually really surprised that Toyota doesnt require Plus or even Premium grade petrol on these turbo engines. Most turbos I've owned required premium.
