After driving my buddy's TRD Pro the other day, I really liked some of the accents in the interior. The shift knob was one of them.
I looked up the part number, and Toyota said that the TRD Pro Tacoma and Tundra share the same part number: 33504-0C110-C1. Figured it had to be the same for the 4Runner.
Confirmed, Toyota part number (33504-0C110-C1 TRD Pro Shift Knob with red stripe) does fit the 6th Gen 4Runner as well as the Tacoma and Tundra.
Knob Sub Assembly Shift - Toyota (33504-0C110-C1)
I know, I know... I spent way too much money on a red stripe. Don't @ me!!

1. Pull straight down on the collar
2. Push the Retainer Pin to the Side and Lift Up

3. Press Down the New Shift Knob
