Prinsu Pro Roof Rack installed on 6th Gen 4Runner

I installed the Prinsu Pro Roof Rack on my 6th Gen 4Runner TRD ORP. I’ll get this outta the way first, no insane wind noise! Super pumped on that because the wind fairing had a rather large gap from the body line of the 4R so I was concerned.

But this thing is beefy! With the double side wall it has, thick new extrusion bars, and plenty of screws to keep it all together. The install process was fine, I wish instead of having 3 side rails to mount on each side, they just used a thicker single piece, it was a little tricky to line it all up perfectly.

But aside from that I’m super happy!

-Ships free to the lower 48
-Increased load capacity, 700lbs dynamic – 1200lbs static

I finally got the Prinsu rack installed on the TRD Off-Road Premium and wanted to share a quick look at the installation process.

This is the second Prinsu Pro I’ve installed—the first was on my 5th Gen 4Runner. Prinsu made a ton of solid improvements with the Pro version, and I’m stoked to be running this on the 6th Gen. Some of the most notable upgrades over the original include all stainless hardware, redesigned side plates with a 90-degree bend and slotted cutouts, stronger crossbars, and improved mounting feet.
