FIRST LOOK at 6th Gen 4Runner TRD Off Road

Hey Guys!!! I got to see the new 6th Gen 4Runner TRD Off-Road at the SEMA garage. This was a non TRD Premium model in new Cutting Edge color. What do you all think about this one?

This is a personal preference, but I am not a fan of silver in any iteration so that for sure skews my opinion. It’s still a good looking truck but this would not be the model I go for.

Also, I saw the interior on Facebook, I know this is not the premium model but I hope this is not a 50k build because the 4Runner in this config is not worth 50k.

This is not a bad trim, but it doesn’t do anything for me. Can’t wait to see the more premium trims that aren’t the trailhunter/TRDP

Maybe not a fan of Silver until I see in person. But I’m more concerned about passenger space in 2nd row. Is it going to be comfortable for average size adults for road trips?

I’d say it’s about the same as the 5th gen. Maybe a little bigger

I think this will be in the 40s still I hope for sure.

The only 4Runner that looks good in silver is the 3rd Gen sport/limited. Outside of that, nothing in silver has ever looked great, not the 4g, 5g and clearly not the 6g. We just need to start seeing some mods on these things. The 6g body is pretty mid compared to the 4g Taco and the 250 LC.

Is it a big difference from the 6th gen 4Runner to the Sequoia for the second row seat leg room? I’m just over 6 ft and I want a vehicle that my kids (x2) don’t have to feel cramp in the back seat.
