What's up 6G4R!
I've had this Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions accessory dashboard mount in my 2025 4Runner with one phone holder and one tablet holder for a few months now, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. Install was straightforward and the mount itself feels solid. The phone holder is rock-steady—even on washboard roads and mild trails, it doesn’t move at all and is perfect for navigation or music. The tablet mount (running an iPad) is where things get a little mixed. On pavement it’s fine, but once I’m on rough terrain the iPad definitely shakes more than I’d like. It’s usable, just not as confidence-inspiring as the phone mount, especially off-road. For now I’ll keep it, but I’ll probably start looking into other mounting options for the iPad to get something more stable for trail use. If anyone’s found a good tablet solution for rough stuff and would be compatible with this dash mount, I’m all ears. FYI- The actual product on the Bulletpoint website is listed for the 2024+ Tacoma but is compatible on the 6G 4Runner as well, and is available in a variety of configurations.
