I noticed in the rear cargo area of the 4Runner is very poorly lit from the two low lights. I had just recently picked up the KC Headlamp and had the idea "what if this powerful little light could illuminate this area?" So I hopped into Fusion 360 and designed a mount for the light to attach to and placed it in one of the hanger spots on the top above the window. This was a little tough design since I do not have a 3D scanner and took a few tries and I think I am on the cusp of getting it just right! So, here is the final product that I will make for sale after I change a couple little things and fully test it! It is a fully 3D printed part with a metal circle placed in it for the headlamp to easily connect to.
Let me know if anyone has any thoughts on it or if they might want to pick one up! If you are wanting to pick up the headlamp here is the link for it. https://www.kchilites.com/flx-1k-magnetic-headlamp-9968.html
Without the light on and only using the lights that are already on the car.
With the headlamp on. This is with all the light options on the KC Headlamp. It has a few different options you can cycle through.
With the side lights only on the headlamp.
It even has a red light option!
