The Tacoma and Land Cruiser share a good amount of components when it comes to the suspension system. Jeff Westcott used the TRD Pro UCA's on their Land Cruiser build for Expo West. Also, the rear springs are interchangeable as well. If the shock mounts and locations are the same. This could mean that whatever suspension kits developed for the Tacoma, could potentially work for the new 4R. This could mean that we are a year into development already with the new 4R if they are the same hopefully!
