Which new 6th Gen 4Runner are you guys looking to purchase? Let's drop your trim level, powertrain, and color down below. For me personally, I think I will be going with a TRD Off-Road Premium. I really want to get one in Everest color if possible as well. I think for the powertrain, I will just go with the i-FORCE MAX, the hybrid setup. I personally like the amount of power this engine has and the MPG improvements. Also, with the hybrid you get a raised rear cargo area due to the batteries which allows for a closer "flat floor" when the rear seat is folded down.

I would want the Trailhunter specifically for the rear air compressor. I'm hoping that in '26 or '27 when I'm ready to purchase a 6th Gen that they make the rear compressor an option.

I am on the fence about buying a TRD Off Road Prem. or the TRD Off Road Prem Iforce Max. I have watched Jons video on his thoughts on the differences and I still am not sure. Hopefully making the purchase this weekend. Will I do an OTT tune? mostly likely not. Is the non-hybrid 4Runner that much of a dog where the HyBrid makes it feel much more capabile? There is a pretty big jump in price for the i forcemax. Is it really woth it? I need to find out if the AUX switches are available for the TRD (non IForce) trims https://6thgen4runner.com/threads/auxiliary-switches-for-trd-sport-premium.840/

I went with the TDR OffRoad Hybrid. Pricing is crazy, and I hate that dealers in Georgia put on a whole bunch of extra's that you cannot decline if you want a vehicle on the spot. The alternative is an insane waiting period for a base model.
Overall, I am loving the 4runner. Super comfortable to drive and undeniably capable. No Regrets here.
Time to plan a little adventure out in the wild for a week or 2

Just ordered a 2025 4Runner Limited. i-Force 2.4L 4-Cyl. Turbo. Supersonic Red. Should be here late November to mid-December.

Picked up my IcecapTrailhunter on Friday. Has an empty pocket where the portable led light goes. I thought that was part of the Trailhunter trim. Anyone know? 40+ yr jeep driver. But I AM a convert. Have to get used to all that torque after driving 'XJs for 30yrs. Also had a CJ and 8 1/2yrs with a Raider. Started out with a Jeepster Commando.

I picked up my TRD Off-Road Premium Hybrid in Supersonic Red about a week ago. I went to look at one in Underground, but when I saw the red in person for the first time, I was sold. It took me a while to find an Off-Road Premium in Red, but I finally located one in Galveston, Texas. I completed the deal over the phone and through messages with the dealer. It took two days to get it shipped to Florida, but I'm so glad I did
