Matthew brought us his fresh 2025 4Runner TRD Sport with just over 1,000 miles on the clock and a clear vision for a capable, clean daily driver with trail-ready upgrades. Here’s how we transformed it at 8Runner Off-Road in Tigard, OR.

2025 4Runner TRD Sport build:
  • Westcott Designs Leveling Kit (6th Gen 4Runner)
  • Toyo Open Country R/T Trail Tires – 33x12.5R17LT (285/70R17 equivalent)
  • Method 305 NV Double Black Wheels – 17x8.5 +25 Offset (x4)
  • Method Race Lugs
  • OEM TPMS Sensors
We started with a Westcott Designs Leveling Kit, which brings the front end up to match the rear, giving the 4Runner a more aggressive stance and improved ground clearance without compromising ride quality. We followed that with a full alignment to ensure everything tracks straight with the new geometry.

To support trail use and daily driving, we mounted 33x12.5R17 Toyo Open Country R/T Trail tires on Method 305 NV Double Black wheels with +25 offset. The wider footprint adds both traction and a bold stance, while Method Race lugs finish off the look with a secure and clean install.

We also removed the factory air dam to improve approach angle and visual flow. Next, we installed Westcott Designs rock sliders in black powder coat with kickouts, top plates, and a 0-degree angle for maximum side protection and function without sacrificing style.

This 6th Gen is now ready for off-road weekends and weekday commutes alike.

If you're located in the PNW area (Portland), we're happy to help build out your 6th Gen 4Runner. We're a Toyota specialty shop and primarily focus on off-road/overland and daily driver builds. Stop by the shop anytime.

Looks good! Crazy how fast everyone is moving once parts are becoming available. Got high hopes for the 6G.
