The all-new TRD Pro color for 2026 is here—and it looks amazing on the 4Runner. Meet Wave Maker, a bold, icy blue that instantly stands out and brings a fresh energy to Toyota’s off-road legend.

Developed by Toyota’s CALTY Design team, Wave Maker was inspired by extreme, untouched places—from glacial depths to outer space. After a run of earthy tones like Terra and Mudbath, this color is a big shift, made to spark your sense of adventure.

Wave Maker is part of Toyota’s long-running TRD Pro color tradition that started with Inferno back in 2015. It’ll be exclusive to TRD Pro models, including the 2026 4Runner, and will hit dealerships in fall 2025.

Think Wave Maker fits the 4Runner’s vibe? Or do you miss the classic tones? Let’s hear it.

Also, no info on price or new features yet for 26’ models.

I like the color, but I don't think it's something I would go with. I was really hoping for a yellow honestly, but maybe next year.

It's a beautiful color, for sure. It's better than Voodoo Blue, but I don't think it's better than Cav Blue for the masses. It's a killer color, but you really have to love Tiffany Blue to get this Toyota.
