In Person Look At 2026 4Runner TRD Pro in Wave Maker Color

So I’m at Toyota‘s headquarters right now and I got to see the new 2026 Toyota 4Runner in the new wave maker color. This color in person is definitely a bit different than how Toyota showcase did to us in the teaser photos. It actually has a little bit more green to it than those photos show and it’s not as baby blue either. You could also see while the shade hits it how it kind of is a little bit of a gray blue as well. Also, it has a glass finish with no metallic to it. What are you guys think about this color?

As obnoxious (loud) as this color is... I think it looks great. Wonder how they will do for resale, is the color a good thing or a bad thing?! Lol.

I’d probably hit. Close enough to the old voodoo blue. How was the paint quality? Mine is the worst factory paint job I’ve ever owned. The entire vehicle has significant orange peel, even after a lot of time/money in paint correction prior to the ppf/ceramic. Huge disappointment that my 1989 pickup has better paint than a brand new 2025.
