Thoughts on 4Runner de-badge?

How does this look to you all? So I just dropped off my 4Runner to get some PPF added onto it, and they had to de-badge it in preparation for the installation. I personally think that the "4Runner" logo on the tailgate looks cheap and misplaced...So when I saw the tailgate with the logo removed, it got me thinking, that I may not have the shop put the logo back on the tailgate. I wish that Toyota had just made the logo like that of the 5th Gen with the 4R logo on the rear hatch handle rather than on the lower door.

I really don’t mind it. It gives it almost a muscular look in a way. I can see why people don’t like it, but I think it’s a nice touch imo.

What I don’t like personally is that you get the “heritage” Toyota spelled out in the back on the plastic trim, but on the steering wheel and the front, it’s the “T” Toyota which I don’t like. I may in the distant future replace the steering wheel and the grille. Not a top priority for me, but that is what grinds my gears probably in the same way this grinds yours.
