Compatibility with all stock SR5 17" wheels & suspension, no lift, offset, etc.

My SR5 stock wheels are 17x7
& tires are 245/70R17

I think I want Conti TerrainContact A/T

I can get these sizes that would seem to be within reasonable range of fitting:
245/70R17
255/75R17
LT265/70R17
LT285/70R17

Would 285 be too wide for a 7" rim?
Would 32.7x11.2 still fit? I don't want to remove mud flaps or anything else.
Would it fit but look stupid overstuffing the well?
