Blacked-out Texas Plates

Just got my custom plates in and it totally changed the look of the vehicle. Anyone have a rec on a good license plate frame? These cheap amazon specials are already saggy looking.

I’m going to get the don’t tread on me plate in yellow. Mine is underground so it’ll be a nice pop of color

I have placed my deposit and my car will arrive sometime in September. Should i apply for vanity number plate now of after getting the car.
