5th Gen 4Runner vs 6th Gen 4Runner side by side

The guys over at Team 4Runner were able to get a new 6th Generation 4Runner and take a photo of it side by side with a 5th Gen 4Runner. With these two side by side for the first time, probably ever, it was interesting to see the similarities the 6th Gen shares with the outgoing 5th Gen and also some of the feature of it that are very different. The 5th Gen is a true classic for sure with less sharp lines than that of the new 4R for sure.

Man I hate the double mustache.

6th Gen rear looks really good.

Almost the same spoiler rear end it seems.

So many light but yet distinctive changes. I keeps the 4runner heritage design going strong to me. You can spot that vehicle as a 4runner from a mile away and for that I think the Design team did a fantastic job!
