Looks like we can confirm that the 4th Gen Tacoma front end grille fits the 6th gen 4runner.
There are some wiring differences and some brackets that are different as well but for the most part the grille conversion from 4th Gen Tacoma to 6th Gen 4Runner will be a straight swap.
There are a few companies that have the 4th Gen Tacoma grille available.
I know there are other vendors that sell the Tacoma grille but I've purchased a ton of stuff from YotaVerse over the years. They're a solid resource for pro grilles.
