I was surfing Instagram when I saw this rendering by Autoya. It shows us what a 3 door 6th Generation 4Runner could have looked like. To me this render reminds me of the 2nd Gen 4R 2 door. It was a super rare (kinda ugly) model that wasn’t sold for very long. The one down side would be the smaller rear seat space. But honestly, if you are buying a 2 door SUV, you aren’t really focused on rear passenger comfort.
