I like it, being in NorCal the best i can quickly come up with is the local lake and the rubicon, but i have no idea as to what else is out there

I like it. We can categorize them by state or area and give trail ratings based on clearance needs, 2wd friendly etc.

There is On X Off-road/Gaia for trail details for the most part, but maybe a simple approximate map of members who interested in connecting, or give local advice or even maybe helping a fellow stuck member…

Yup I use OnX Off road and google maps. I could see the benefit of this especially if you are heading to an area you aren't 100% familiar with. Maybe we could even do some forum meet ups.

I am starting from square one. From researching rig options - gear - navigation, including destinations. Thank goodness for forums like this and YT. We are itching to hit the road/trail find those beautiful camping spots and meet new folks along the way. So future meetups would definitely interest me.

We can for sure get something like this added for 6G. In the meantime, we have a lot of trail overviews by location on Trail4R: https://trail4runner.com/category/4x4-trails/ - There are a ton of posts on 4x4 trails by state and/or major cities.

For the most part, you are 100% correct. It's an amazing group of individuals that love the outdoors and would help anyone at the drop of the hat.
