Since When Did the 4Runner Keep Up with Raptors?

Westcott took his 4Runner out to San Felipe Mexico with a bunch of Raptor boys, and apparently, the thing kept up. It's not even an IFORCE Max either.

For all the go-fast guys, if you were to go long travel, would you hold out for an iFORCE MAX or just get the basic iFORCE?

100% holding out for an I force max. I think that engine is going to do just fine, and I want the horsepower.

If I'm not going to get great fuel milage I at least want lots of torque and HP. I really wish Toyota could have gotten better milage out of this new engine. A friend just bought a Ford Maverick (and he was a long time Toco owner) just to have double what the new Toyota motors are getting.
