According to my eyes by blowing up Toyota press pictures, the Trailhunter comes wrapped in Toyo Open Country tires in the size of 265/70-18.

Tire Rack classifies these tires as "Rugged All-Terrain" so searching the size of 265/70-18 and "Rugged All-Terrain" as the category, these would be your options day one if you wanted to replace:
