Anyone know of a Back Up Camera Relocation Kit?

I currently have a 285/75/17 tire lodged in my spare tire location and need somewhere else to put it as I’m losing rear clearance. Looking into a tire carrier but wondering if anyone knows of a backup camera relocation kit?

Was just watching the SEMA Toyota videos and I believe there was a couple 25 4runners showcased in Forged 4x4's video with the back-up camera extension for 4runners with tire carriers.
