Installed a new set of Nova headlights from Alpharex.
you have to remove the front bumper, to access all the mounting hardware. I just installed the covert SS winch bumper from CBI recently so I had already cut some of etc front facia, bumper and removed all the clips-bolts along the bottom, so it was super quick too install these. last pic shows the stock unit on the right compared to the Nova on the left.

I know they look better but are there any additional benefits of upgrading to these headlights? They just have a big price tag for something the car comes with haha

@ryno - yeah these look amazing. Waiting until I have a new TRD Pro grille, headlights, and pretty much everything else so I can do this install once and not pull the front end off every other month when a new part comes. haha

@kophoto4x4 - looks for sure... would be interesting to put a lumen meter against a wall at 30' back to back and compare both housings; OEM and Alpharex. I've run Alpharex on a few 5th Gens. Solid lights. Both Morimoto and Alpharex make some killer designs. The new Morimoto XB EVOs are pretty hard - they give you the option of running a handful of DRL and sequential combo outputs. Waiting to see if they launch those for the 6G before I jump on the Alpharex. Can't really go wrong with either brand, though.
