If I'm not going to get great fuel milage I at least want lots of torque and HP. I really wish Toyota could have gotten better milage out of this new engine. A friend just bought a Ford Maverick (and he was a long time Toco owner) just to have double what the new Toyota motors are getting.

I want to see some numbers from boats being towed. I have towed my boat behind 2 different 4Runners for 20 years.

I don't think it's harsh at all, just accurate.

Not sure of the ratio of off roading among other brands but I do know that there are a ton of highly customized Jeeps in the S Fla. area that have never been off road.
