Power seat memory settings not working

Anyone else having issues using the 2 memory settings on their power seats in a premium package? Ours makes the sound like its setting correctly but then nothing happens when you hit or hold either the 1 or 2 memory buttons. Will be top of our list when we bring it in for 5k service soon.

I was having a problem when I first got mine but it resolved itself on its own. I noticed it more when I would auto start it.

If you’re adjusting the seat and it beeps it means the dealership didnt calibrate the memory seats.
