I'm looking to dip my toe in to a wheel upgrade but the first think I am interested in doing is adding spacers to push my wheels out a bit. 265/70R18 Nitto Ridgegrapplers. 6 gen TRD OR. Any issue with +25 spacers? I would need an alignment afterwards, right? Looking for an easy upgrade before I go whole hog with new wheels and tires.

Yeah, that's not a bad idea if you're looking for a more aggressive stance and don't want to drop the money on a new set of wheels.

+25mm or 1" spacers are offered by a ton of companies on Amazon, but I would stick to something high-quality when running spacers.

Spidertrax is a pretty reputable brand, but they're not cheap. Twice the price of other brands on Amazon.

They list out the following models, but the 6th Gen 4Runner is not mentioned. Don't worry though, they will fit. We share the same hub bore, bolt pattern, and stud size as the vehicles they mention.

• 2024-Present Land Cruiser
• 2024-Present Tacoma
• 2023-Present Sequoia
• 2022-Present Tundra
• 2024-Present GX550
• 2022-Present LX600

Each kit comes with 2 wheel spacers, 12 M14x1.5 Grade 10.9+ 4140 wheel studs (pre-installed), 12 lug nuts, and a package of thread locker. Designed for a perfect fit, these spacers are both wheel and hub-centric, and do not require modification of factory wheel studs for installation. Finished with a double anodizing process, they offer superior corrosion resistance for long lasting performance.

Finally, no you don't need to get an alignment after installing spacers. You really only need alignment after you change your suspension geometry (coilovers, collar kits, shims, spacers, new upper or lower control arms, etc.).
