I had Radflo suspension on my 5th gen and the only thing was the rebuild cost when needed. The kits are $25 to 50 per shock and then the shop/labor time. Great system
Next was the Beyond Wraps hood wrap in stealth topo. Fairly easy to install. A second set of hands would be helpful, take your time and get all bubbles out. Great look and blocks hood glare
My 2025 TRD offroad mods so far include:
Wescott full roof rack
Cali Raised sliders w/bumpout (Toyota's excusion of threaded holes is a huge miss) I will most likely have these welded onto the frame
Lasfit floor mats throughout, excellent fit and coverage.
Garmin power switch for 4...
17.6 MPG with Dissent low pro bump/Superwinch, Westcott low pro roof rack, sliders are next so I will probably drop to 17 MPG. The Toyota miss, lack of an increase in gas mileage
Alright, lets try this. Has anyone bought an OEM front camera for a TRDOR or higher and install it in a lower trim model? I would think the connections would work on the head unit. I can't find any info on this.
Solution for locking hitch pin: Infinite Rule Security sells a locking hitch pin long enough for the Tacoma, 4runner (https://infiniterule.com/product/61090) and a longer one for the LC.
Just asking for clarification: if the winch is in the front ( I assume on a winch bumper) then why not directly connect to the battery? That is how I connected my 5th gen
