Xpel ppf on the whole front end and down the lower sides, topped with the 8yr ceramic on the whole vehicle, except the wheels (I’ll coat the TE37’s when they show up, that’s an additional $700). $5300 for what I did, so $6k once the wheels are done.
I’ve had a few issues other than mpg… which still sucks @ 650mi.
Close/lock button on the rear hatch doesn’t work, some kinda fault with the ambient pressure sensor that put the truck in limp mode for a day (dealer said it’s magically back to normal without replacing anything), and if an alarm...
Dealer said the ambient air pressure sensor was reading faulty. Thought I was at 15,000+ elevation. They didn’t replace it though, started reading normally at some point so they said it was fine and had me take it home.
I’d sure hope so. Getting worse mpg than my 5th gen was not part of the plan. Just filled up before driving 80mi to the dealer; 60mph cruise control and it says 15.5. Frustrated to say the least.
Yea it’s a ‘25. I feel like you have more leverage when you’re negotiating the price of the warranty at the time of sale vs mo 35. Wait till then and they have no reason to discount it since your factory bumper to bumper is about to run out… and they know it.
~500 miles into the Pro and I’m only getting 15mpg, driving exclusively in eco mode, being very nice to it, with roughly a 50/50 mix of city/hwy driving (70mph cruise control on my 170mi trip to work). Honestly pretty disappointed thus far. There seems to be zero repeatability as to when the...
I added 7yr/100k to my pro, same as my 2020. Cost was $2700. Given that I haven’t even hit 500 miles and already have a warning for “reduced engine power, visit dealer”, I’d say it was a good call.
I have a pro with less than 500 miles on it and the same message appeared today, accompanied by a significant loss of power. Taking it to the dealer tomorrow to diagnose it. It smelled like the electric motor or another associated part was very very hot. I’ll post an update as soon as I know more.
