Congrats and welcome aboard! I don’t think you will go wrong with that approach. If the 6th Gen is out of your budget, I would refrain from considering a 5th Gen. I don’t feel like you’ll be disappointed with either one.

Don’t get me wrong I love my white Pro. But I was guessing we were voting on the special colors. I wanna see the new ‘24 Underground color in person. That color looks sick from what I’ve seen in videos.

Saw the Solar Octane in person. Really liked that one. Tough call between that and Cement for me.

Same. I’d go 5-6k extra. Simply for the technology new drivetrain and added features. It’s a lot of upgrade for the money assuming it holds true to its heritage and reliability. I get that all the new tech costs more than that, but the R&D is already there considering the tech and drive train...

The lack of gas hood struts was the first disappointment I noticed IMMEDIATELY as soon as TRD Jon opened the hood during the reveal video he posted on you tube. Sigh. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I agree somewhat. But if you think about it, it’s kind of going back to its roots and heritage. Think about the 1st, 2nd and even the 3rd Gen 4Runner. It shared many of the same interior features and even many of the exterior designs. Back then if you wanted a Toyota truck you got the truck...

Sort of agree. They’re not horrible. I can live with them. But I could also live without them also. Anxious to get one near by to check it out in person.
